The Elkat’s IZ12 Design
We are proud to introduce our new busbars family. This is a revolutionary product that we believe will one day change the industry standards.
This family of components is designed to reduce the consumption and usage of copper, which brings obvious benefits not only for the environment, but also to the final cost of the product.
The new busbars family features a 12mm2 cross-section area, which allows it to carry 80A of current. This is an amazing achievement, as the conventional busbar for the same application would require a 16mm2 cross-section area.
The new busbars family has been tested and certified by two independent and respected certification brands: Zetom and TuV Nord. We can already see it being used and sold in large quantities on markets that have already adapted.
The secret to this product is the usage of the best European ETP copper material and the careful handling of it, pairing with a good insulators design, which are our standards of quality and excellence.
The Type C Design
The type C standard from Elkat represents the best Estetics, Design and Functionality. a compact Busbar, that is ready to use, no need for extra cutting or preparation. The Busbars are enclosed in insulation - no need for endcaps.
Pure ETP-Copper packed in PC-ABS puts together a well designed, sustainable, efficient and high-performing product. The busbar makes no compromises regarding technical parameters, while reducing the size and having the better design.
